Processing time

The 'processing time' is the time we need to prepare an order for dispatch. The current processing time is 1-3 business days, with the exception of made-to-order items which will depend on the request.

    Shipping options

    While we will do our best to meet dispatch estimates, we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times will depend on the delivery method you choose. Please see delivery estimates at checkout, as they vary depending on your cart.

    Letters

    Orders with strictly flat items (i.e. stickers) have the option to be sent through as untracked letters. Unfortunately this means we will not be able to provide shipping updates. To ensure your order reaches your doorstep, we highly recommend purchasing tracking for all orders. We will not refund/replace untracked orders. Please refer to our refund policy for more information. We offer FREE shipping for domestic orders of stickers. 

    There are options to upgrade to Letter - Express Shipping, which includes a tracking number.

    Parcels

    All other items will be sent as parcels with tracking. Please visit the Australia Post website and input your tracking number to view updates on your order.

    UK and EU Customers: Due to VAT requirements, we are no longer shipping to UK or EU countries through this website. However, we can still ship to UK and EU countries via our Etsy Store.

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Packages may also be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.
