Refund policy

Change of Mind

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once items have been dispatched. 

We CANNOT guarantee edits to orders after they have been placed. If your order has not yet dispatched, we may be able to accommodate edits to the order. Please email us at help@stonker.studio with your order number and the edits you wish to make. Alternatively, we are happy to cancel your order, given the request has been made BEFORE dispatch.

Damages and Issues

While we inspect our goods before dispatch, we acknowledge that errors may still occur. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe there are issues with your order, please email us at help@stonker.studio within 7 business days with your order number, description of error, and picture evidence (if applicable). We will gladly work with you to understand the issue and provide a fair resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital downloads. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Lost Packages

We do NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders. While untracked orders (letters) keep our shipping costs low, we still recommend our customers to purchase tracking for peace of mind. Please reach out to us at help@stonker.studio if you believe there is a problem with your tracked parcel as we will gladly lodge a ticket with Australia Post on your behalf.
